* PTFE will elongate under load at elevated temperature.
* Low abrasion resistance.
PTFE is the 'ultimate' regular fibre as it has outstanding chemical and thermal resistance, with the right chemistry, it will operate up to 250°C.
White PTFE, which is actually ribbon like in nature is rapidly supplanting brown due to its collection efficiency and greater cost effectiveness. While Brown PTFE is very much like a traditional textile fibre in appearance was the original PTFE fibre sold as Teflon.
The data are based on the properties of virgin fiber under laboratory conditions. The information does not express or imply any guarantee and Pangin Environmental reserves the right for modification without notice.
